INB Construction and Supply Company Ltd. (“INB Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website and e-commerce platform at inbconstruction.com (the “Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all use of our Platform and the purchase of construction materials and building supplies from us.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Our services are primarily B2B (business-to-business), serving contractors, builders, construction firms, and individual buyers in Rwanda.

• • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
• • Business accounts require valid business registration details for B2B pricing and credit terms.

• • All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders placed at a listed price will be honored at that price.
• • Bulk pricing is available for qualifying B2B orders as displayed on the product page.
• • Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products and bulk pricing tiers.
• • Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
• • Free delivery applies to orders over 100,000 RWF within our standard delivery zones.

• • We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel) and Cash on Delivery as payment methods.
• • Full payment is required before order processing unless B2B credit terms have been pre-approved.
• • B2B credit terms are extended at our sole discretion and require a signed credit agreement.
• • Invoices unpaid after 30 days from the invoice date will incur a late payment fee of 2% per month.
• • All payments must be made in Rwandan Francs (RWF).

• • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, road conditions, customs, etc.).
• • Delivery is available within Rwanda. International shipping is not currently supported.
• • The recipient must inspect all items upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.
• • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.
• • Special delivery requests (specific time windows, offloading equipment) must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

• • B2B pricing and credit terms are available to registered business customers upon application and approval.
• • A valid business registration certificate (RDB certificate) is required for B2B account verification.
• • B2B credit limits are determined based on business history, order volume, and credit assessment.
• • We reserve the right to revoke B2B pricing or credit terms at any time without notice.
• • Bulk order lead times may differ from standard delivery timelines and will be communicated at order confirmation.
• • Minimum order values for B2B credit accounts apply as specified in the credit agreement.

• • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may not be exact representations.
• • We make every effort to display accurate stock levels, but inventory counts may change between the time of viewing and order placement.
• • We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders that appear to be for resale outside our terms.
• • Product availability is subject to supplier stock and market conditions.

10.4 Data Retention

• • We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
• • Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with tax and legal requirements.
• • You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to legal retention obligations.

10.5 Your Rights

• • You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• • You have the right to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

• • INB Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of products.
• • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the total amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
• • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supplier issues, or government actions.
• • Products are sold “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied, except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of INB Construction and Supply Company Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

• • You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• • You may not use the Platform to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• • You may not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform’s operation.
• • You may not misuse the B2B pricing system by misrepresenting your business status.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to payment obligations, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

• • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
• • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days.
• • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Kigali, Rwanda.
• • If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rwanda in the District of Kamonyi.
• • Any legal action must be commenced within one year after the cause of action arises.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.
